Yahad - In Unum

Broad Daylight

Welcome to “Broad Daylight,” the Yahad – In Unum database of the sites of execution of Jews, Roma and other victims by the Nazis in Poland and the former Soviet Union during World War II.

This site summarizes the testimony gathered by Yahad investigators, village by village in Ukraine, Belarus, Russia and Poland. Each entry indicates the presence of additional information drawn from the archives of German war crimes tribunals and/or Soviet Special Inquiry commissions. New villages are being added every month.
