Witness interview:
Andrei K. (N°220):” No, the mass graves were not dug, they were not ready. They [the Jews] were shot standing, like they were in groups…and they fell down like this…A group was in one place, a second in another place, a third in another and like this, in a row[…]“
Soviet archives:
RG 22.002M / 7021-90 / 27 : “During the shooting, all of the Jews were forced to kneel. Then, they were taken one group after another [to the pit]. The Jews who were waiting their turn were ordered to sing.”
